Will not be continuing service here, terrible customer service
I am disheartened and disappointed that I was lied to by an xfinity assistant chat representative and then the next day the complete opposite happens. I have been an xfinity customer for over 6 years now since I got my own apartment and have never paid late. I was told by one representative that he would help and I was okay the. The next day the supervisor tells me the company had an audit and that all previous agreements were void. That is terrible way to do business with someone who has had service that long. I have had to dump a ton of money into funeral expenses and car repairs and was told my payment arrangement would be good to extended an additional 4 days!!!! Therefore I used the money to help pay more essential expenses. Then caught out of the blue by the complete opposite happening. I will pay my balance and an switching to tmobile. Beware service here because it’s trash and expensive anyway. Very disgusted with how they treat and don’t care about their longtime clients.
