Will Service ALWAYS be this awful?
Aside from the fact that the bad internet service, customer service is terrible. They tell you one thing then do the other. The map they keep referring to shows nothing is wrong. I have called, used the chat bot, and was connected to a "live agent" who refused to respond. I have barely had service for a month and I've spent more time offline troubleshooting than actually being able to use my wifi. And of course the "hotspots" don't ever work either. Chat bots, phone automation, and unresponsive agents do nothing but deteriorate your already bad reputation. I wish I would have seen other peoples bad experiences sooner, I never would have signed with you.

user_l875kt This is never the experience we want you having. Are you having the issues with all of your devices on WiFi or is this isolated to a specific device?
