Wire comes up in yard just outside junction box
Hello, there's a Comcast coaxial cable in my yard that comes up from the ground several inches away from the Comcast junction box, then enters into the side of the box. I was hoping that someone from Comcast could properly bury the cable so it enters the box from underneath instead of outside the box. There appears to be more than enough cable to properly manage this. Thank you.
