Wire fell, need to schedule repair
Hi! I have a wire that connects from my house to the alley line that fell and is very low to the ground. My neighbors just cut down their tree over the weekend and the wire was entangled in the branches. I need to schedule a repair as soon as possible. I have a family and pets that I can’t let in the yard for safety reasons.
Can you help or point me the right direction, please?

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
