Without Xfinity Services for 48 hours [Edited]

I've been without Xfinity services for 48 hours. It states an outage in my area. I can't get connected to an Xfinity customer service agent. Please help. I can't schedule a technician appointment. I would like to know if it's an outage in my area or my address. I need my Xfinity service. Thank-you

Thanks for taking the time to reach out through our community forums, user_70430c! I'm sorry to hear that your service has been out for so long. The easiest way to confirm if your address is part of an area wide service interruption would be by entering your address into the Xfinity Status Map. When an address is linked to one of these interruptions, our system will not allow a technician appointment to a home as the issue is not localized to a single address, and they wouldn't be able to diagnose or resolve any issue until service to the area is restored first.
That said, if you're unable to confirm that your home is linked to an area wide issue using link provided above, we can absolutely take a closer look to see if there's anything else going wrong! If that's the case, please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll take a look together!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send
