Workers cut underground Internet cable yesterday. No service
The city workers on my street cut the internet cable ( underground). Comcast thinks it’s a modem issue. I want to inform them that they need to come and fix the cut cable. I can’t speak to anyone live. The chatbot scheduled a service call for me tomorrow but I need internet so I’ll be at the library. A few houses are impacted. The workers that cut the wire claim they informed Comcast.
