Worse customer service

Xfinity is such thieves. They charge me for over usage suddenly when I’m home less than before and using let’s internet and their customer service cannot answer simple questions and continues to say the same roundabout answer over and over instead of actually giving an answer as to why. I have a hot spot and they can keep their money because they do not deserve it and are ripping people off.
