WORST COMPANY EVER

I’ve wasted a good portion of my Wednesday afternoon, trying to speak to a human being just to get my Comcast Xfinity 🤮 Wi-Fi back on
After seven phone calls, dealing with the automated [Edited: "Inflammatory"] menu and finally reaching one person in “tech support” in the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] for a few minutes before being disconnected I finally got an appointment for Saturday between 5-7, 5:20 no TECH, so I called and after 20 minutes on hold from a [Edited: "Inflammatory"] country they told me 30 minutes then tried to sell me another internet package🤣🤣🤣[Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"]
7pm no TECH But I did receive a text message at 7:12 stating “

They want to paid on time but can not execute on time
I cannot believe how [Edited: "Language"] up this cable company is. Customer “service” is a joke
They tell you they’re gonna call you back just to see if everything works, and, of course, they never call
IQ FIBER IS ALREADY MAKING ITS WAY THROUGH OUR AREA and you can best believe I’m on the list….
In my 30 years interacting with this company and all the other companies that they use to be I have never, NEVER, seen a company that was so horrendous, so incompetent, and also so high-priced as this virtual monopoly of Comcast Xfinity🤮
