Worst company ever

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The staff are very unprofessional and lack the necessary skills to provide proper service. There is a supervisor named Mark who seems unaware of what he is doing. Due to his mishandling of my account, I lost a phone number that I had been using for 15 years. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.
