Worst Company

I’ve been in contact with 3 agents today after waiting hours. I’ve been waiting till 3:30 for my internet services to be restored. It’s 11:26pm, and my internet is still not back. Literally talked to 3 people, who told me my internet would be restored. One told me to wait for 4 hours. It’s 4 hours later now . . . No internet and it’s too late to talk to another agent.

user_8j3c30, Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I know it can be frustrating waiting for service to be restored, but we can certainly do all we can to help in the meantime. The Xfinity App will provide the most recent updates regarding any service interruptions or issues nearby. Is there a service interruption listed for your area? If not, can you tell me about any troubleshooting you've tried so far?

my service was suppose to be restored after making a payment plan. It hasn’t been restored. I just talked to the 6th agent that was no help.

Apparently my modem was completely disabled by the collection team, and I had to talk to 8 agents to find that out. Won’t be able to get it started tonight (because there are no agents available this late and no one can approve me until then) or maybe until I’m able to fully pay my bill. As I’ve stated, the worst company with the most unhelpful group of agents.

user_8j3c30 We can certainly take a look at the account to see why service hasn't been restored for you. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Extremely useless. I had an almost 3 hour call with Xfinity this morning with the 10th agent I’ve talked to in 24 hours and nothing was resolved. I’m done trying to talk to them.
