Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

I have had nothing but ISSUES with Xfinity ever since I started using them for WiFi. They have the WORST customer service! I have been over charged for my bills every single time, even after having a customer service representative promise that they have lowered my outrageous payment. If you are looking for WiFi save yourself some time and look somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend Xfinity to ANYONE!

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
