Worst customer service EVER

I’m literally sitting here crying on my couch over Xfinity. I’ve had to go to the store in person four times this week because it’s impossible to use the virtual assistant on the phone or the chat feature. The phone never understands what [Edited: "Language"] I’m saying and will LITERALLY hang up on me when it just gives up. It took a total of 7 phone calls and 17 minutes to finally get put on hold to talk to a person. Whenever I tell it no or that’s not the problem it doesn’t switch it’s prompt it just keeps not listening to me. Same with the chat feature. Literally the WORST automated system I’ve ever encountered in my life. I wouldn’t even mind it if it actually worked correctly. I have a life I cannot keep going up to the store for every little [Edited: "Language"] thing. If I keep having issues I will switch this isn’t worth me literally CRYING multiple times over getting a PIN number or something taken off of my account.
