Worst customer service ever

I’m canceling my service with Xfinity again today. They are super ridiculous. They don’t follow through to what they said. They tried to take more money out than what they agreed to and then I called to straighten everything out and the guy told me everything straight and I wouldn’t have to worry about my Internet getting shut off and on the 28th I’ll have to make a payment which is fine. I Auto made a payment today if I had to but no one offered it to me. Everyone kept saying my account blocked and shut off and they asked for $600 to turn my Internet back on from an old previous Bill. I just had  but no one offered it to me. Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!
