Worst customer service. Save yourself the headache and money.
Had a power pole issue end of July, this was 100% caused my a malfunction of equipment from DTE.
I was told to let xfinity know as it caused some smoking at the ifinity box attached to my house
They sent a tech out to assess, and he couldn't do anything because the pile was live. He immediately left , and I got charged 100.00 for that.
They refuse to remove that charge , I had nothing to do with what caused the damage
I am on the cheapest plan they have and cannot afford the extra 100.00 charge
So I will at some point lose my internet over this.
Im so disappointed in the customer service.
.I've been on hold a totalof 6hours , lied to ,dismissed and basically told to just deal with it..
Awful customer service.

Sooo true. I am trying to cancel unneeded TV service in website but only points me to the toll free phone which is very dumb, and point to virtual assistant, then it points back to website. So it's an infinite loop! Probably why it's called xfinity!!!
