Worst customer service

I was at the store for 1 hour to switch plans. Drive home 40 min. No internet. Worked on it till 3am with the lousy online assistants. I got transferred to 6 different online techs. Still not working.  Says I have no account even thou my balance is -124.00. 

I hope to wyomissing pa store only to have about 45 people ahead of me.

Xfinity is horrible

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
