WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

Whatever you do, don't use this company. Customer support is awful. They do not help. They will transfer 100 times for a basic question. I needed help troubleshooting and got transferred 18 times and was on chat and phone calls for 6 hours where I was told they would cancel and refund. 30 days later I try to check on the refund and they say no refund was submitted And my service wasn't cancelled. They're thieves and they do not care about their customers. I'm being told now they'll try to submit a request for a refund but it's not a definite. So thank you for stealing my money and giving me no service for it and not refunding me.

Spending 6 hours on chat and phone calls and being transferred 18 times sounds like a complete nightmare @user_3na5li! I completely understand why you are furious. We want to step in immediately, stop the transfers, and get this right for you. To make sure we resolve this once and for all, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account?

I wanted to make sure I made a public comment for anyone who comes across this post. While they may say they'll help when they respond to your forum comments, they don't. I messaged yesterday and they can't manage to send me a text or email code to verify my identity. It's giving them an error when they try apparently. Xfinity is the worst possible service you can go through. Don't let their public responses fool you. I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not getting my money back. Paid for service I never received. A bunch of theives.

I can certainly see why you're frustrated @user_3na5li. Based on the experience you've described, you've spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this concern and haven't received the outcome you expected.

I do want to clarify that once we moved into a private conversation, we attempted to authenticate the account so we could review the billing and cancellation history you referenced. Unfortunately, our authentication tools returned an error when we attempted to send verification codes to the contact methods associated with the Xfinity ID. Without completing that verification, we're prevented from accessing account-specific details or making changes to the account.

I understand that's not the outcome you were looking for, especially after everything you've already been through. The recommendation to visit a local Xfinity Store wasn't intended to pass you off to another team. It was the only alternative authentication method.

I'm disabled. I don't just have the ability to get up and go anywhere. You have my phone number. My email. I've been able to give you all the information associated with the account. This is absolutely just another way of passing me off to someone else again. I have been dealing with this for a month. It should have been resolved now. Normally when you pay for services you should receive them and when you don't you should be refunded. EVERY SINGLE associate I have spoken to has brushed this of and 30 days later you still have my money and I still received no services. This is not an error on my end and expecting me to continue to go out of my way to get this rectified is absolutely unacceptable.

@user_3na5li I do understand that this is frustrating but we have to be able to authenticate the account in order to assist you. If we cannot authenticate the account then the only other option would be to go to an Xfinity store.

Explain to me why you have the ability to send other customers texts or emails to verify identity but an error occurs when you try with me? Make it make sense. This is the second ticket number I received in regards to my request for a refund Ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] . I have screenshots of all of my conversations and recorded all of the calls, including the one a month ago where I was told she would refund and cancel the account for me. When the refund gets declined which it likely will based off my experience with your greedy company so far, I'll be posting everything publicly on every platform I can over and over until it receives traction. No one should spend their money and not get what was paid for and have to deal with your terrible customer service. You're responses are useless. Have the day you deserve.
