Worst service for tv and wifi. Horrible customer service

Issues with all tv boxes and wifi for a month. Tried unplugging and restarting. FAIL. Tried replacing all devices. FAIL. Tried a tech visit FAIL. Xfinity Assistant FAIL. Trying to find out how to cancel service. Can't connect with any live person. FAIL.
