Worst Xfinity Location

I don’t recommend this location to anyone who is in Sarasota, some of the people working there are extremely unprofessional and have no understanding of their work. Ive been a customer with xfinity for many years and I have never had a problem with any of my billing or account until I came to this location. Time after time the salesmen have lied to have us upgrade our lines, as we go through with it we never got any of the benefits promised and only got charged. Then once I returned to cancel, I was told everything was confirmed and I would no longer be charged for it, which was false as I once again got charged. Overall the staff taking care of me was extremely poor and I will not be returning to this location or recommending this location to anyone. I will be reporting my service to better business bureau and hope the next customers receive better service.
