wrongly charged $59/month for cable (choice TV @$30/month and Broadcast TV @ 29.1$/month)
We are relocating to a new house next month.
Upon checking our invoice I realized that we have been paying $59/month for cable over the past 9 years that we were living in our previous home, while we never ordered or used cable.
I think we maybe might have used it in the very beginning for a short while, but cancelled it many, many years ago (assume you are able to verify that !).
We want to keep xfinity on our new address and add 5 mobile numbers (port-ins from Verizon), but will leave xfinity if we don't get a credit for the wrongly invoiced amounts.
The agent that arranged the 5 port-ins escalated a claim, but the claim was not accepted without any explanation.
Can a real agent contact me asap to discuss as we obviously need to be credited for services we never ordered or used.
