You are supped to be doing a reset, but all it says on my box is that there is no signal.  There's something wrong with the connection

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-troubleshoot-xfinity-app has great information on how you can troubleshoot your TV service through our awesome Xfinity app.  Have you checked all your inputs to make sure your boxes in the correct HDMI input?
