XB10 2 Gig Not Getting Symmetrical Upload

Recently upgraded to 2 Gig service, got an XB10 everything working fine but only getting 250-300 upload. When I check my address all the plan speeds and broadband labels show symmetrical speeds. I've chatted with agents from Xfinity before but tier 1 agents have absolutely no idea about anything it's just a huge waste of time. They can't help or they don't know how to help because they're not trained properly or they have conflicting information from Xfinity.

I have read that some people have had to get their gateway reprovisioned but any low-level agent doesn't even know what that means. It's like you're talking to a wall it's just brutal. So why are we advertising symmetrical speeds but then not training anybody or having an accurate map or website to show the actual speeds it's like nobody has any idea what's going on. Could someone from Xfinity who actually knows something about these higher speeds assist since chatting or calling to call centers is worthless in my experiences. $300+ a month bill and I just get the runaround.

Hello @D-Smoke Thanks for reaching out. For symmetrical speeds there are a few things that we can do including provisioning the equipment to try and trigger the speeds. But we first will want to confirm the address is for sure symmetrical. The upload speeds you mentioned are what I would expect to see on addresses with Next-Gen speeds.
