Hi there, @stofffamily We do not have an official rollout for the new XB10 Wireless Gateway. As with all of our new product rollouts, there will be limited availability at the start and only qualified customers in certain markets will have access to it at first. Then it will be rolled out to customers in certain plans and after our inventory has been stable and built up, the general availability will expand. We are currently testing the device through employees in qualified markets/networks.-Richard

I was suppose to receive the new xb10 modem via mail and received the xb8 modem instead. Is the xb10 modem available now, of as 4/12/25? Thank you.
