Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_h7x1wn! Thank you for creating a post with our community forum about your interest in the new XB10 Gateway. I can understand the excitement, and we thank you for giving our team a chance to answer your questions. We're great to work with here because we'll always do everything we can to provide all the information you need :) Currently, the XB10 is only available for our X-Class customers with symmetrical speeds (300 down/300 up, 500/500, 1 Gig/1 Gig, or 2 Gig/2 Gig). One of the quickest ways to confirm your eligibility for those speed tiers is by visiting our Plan Builder. If you see symmetrical speeds being offered (once you enter the address), then you can likely upgrade to one of our X-Class tiers and receive an XB10! Please let me know if this helps, and what other questions you have. We remain here to support you and your household to the best of our ability.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our Forums guidelines. You must first create your own public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, and I look forward to assisting you further.

@XfinitySara got it! Sorry about that. All previous posts end up with recommending a DM so I thought that’s what I had to do.

Appreciate the info!
