We are continuously expanding our network footprint nationwide, however the XB10/XER10 modem is right now only available in fiber-optic service areas offering symmetrical upload/download speeds. For any network enhancements happening in your area, we do provide notifications and updates using the communication preferences listed in your Xfinity My Account profile.
