I’ve reset my gateway and everything and still never get the full 1.2 gigs.

Resetting your gateway is a great first step, Paulthemasonjar. What device are you using to test the speed? Have you tired another? What online functionally are you having an issue with. Thank you for sharing, Paulthemasonjar. Are you testing the speeds over wifi using a phone or hardwired to your modem using a device like a compute contected via ethernet? Have you noticed issues on certain devices or rooms within your home? What online funcationlay are you having an issue with? For example, streaming a video, loading a webpage or using an app?
