I am a subscriber to the 2 gigabyte plan and would like to request an XB8 modem. All of my devices would benefit from the WiFi 6e band. How would I go about making this request?

What I've done every time I need equipment upgrades is walk in to an Xfinity store with the old equipment and talk to someone. They scan the old in to remove it from your account and pull new equipment from a cabinet and scan it onto your account.
If that's not possible for you they should be able to help you over the phone or via chat support. The only caveat is that going this route has caused mistakes that's never happened to me in store, like telling me a box to ship the old equipment back is on the way but never gets here, or forgetting to change a setting that causes something to not work.
