Xb9 modem

I recently noticed the XB9 Was launched as an alternative to the XB10 with Wi-Fi 7 capability, but is for households that do not have duplex speeds. I was wondering if I could get assistance in ordering this modem to my address to replace my XB8, as my account should be eligible since I have gigabit speeds in an enhanced area

@fearlessvoicee Great question. The newest Xfinity Advanced Gateway (XB9) will be available for eligible new members in select markets who add Xfinity Pro. This means we would need to review the account to see if you are in the selected area and add the package that is needed if you do not have it already. I will follow up on the 18th.

Thanks Dena talk soon since there’s a good chance my market would qualify because I already have the qualifying speed tier for this now, if you could order an XB10 today, I’d be even happier with that, but I know that’s not possible. I don’t think
