I also need a live agent call back. I have multiple issues I need help addressing. I have been trying repeatedly to speak to a live agent and get the same auto response options that don’t address any of my needs. If I don’t speak to a live agent, I am canceling all of my services. This is terrible customer service.

Customer service? I asked a rep for the number to file a complaint and they gave me the wrong number and some bogus email address that doesn't exist. I'm about to go to social media and see if I can get them to respond to me there. This is RIDICULOUS!!! Spent 2 hours on the phone with 6 different people all telling me something different and now I can't even talk to someone to complain about it. How is that even possible? I work retail and get grief about customer reviews CONSTANTLY but these guys are free from scrutiny? I don't believe it.
