Xfinity Amazon card

Hi in late May we ordered an Internet service from you guys and there were two incentives one was a peacock account and the other was a $200 Amazon gift card. We have received the Peacock account but the Amazon gift card is nowhere to be found, yes we looked in our mail. We looked in our junk mail and we looked all throughout the app. We looked online and it’s nowhere to be found. We reached out to you guys and we have not gotten a response so just let me know what’s happening and when and where we can find this because that was one of the things that was promised when we were purchasing this Internet and we moved in recently and it would help a lot. Thank you. Let me know.

Since you’ve already received the Peacock access, it sounds like you were eligible for one of our Internet promos that includes both incentives. The $200 Amazon gift card is usually sent via email after you've been an active customer for about 90 days, as long as all eligibility requirements are met (like keeping the service active and up-to-date on payments).
