Xfinity Assistant [Edited]
I have been with you guys for a long time, despite the constant raising of prices and lack of quality support. I recently moved and decided to keep Xfinity and took my equipment with me. I keep getting constant text messages about returning equipment and when I try to reach a person, all I get is that ridiculous Xfinity chat bot.. the good news and all of this as I was able to switch the fiber for double the speed and half the price and I can pick up the phone and call somebody when I need something Imagine that???
