Xfinity Assistant reminding to upgrade Xfinity Gateway, timing question...

Hi there,

I have been offered a new gateway for my service address with option to automatically ship it.

I need to do this for my parents and will need to be present so I have to time it out.

About how long does it take after requesting the equipment through the assistant to ship and receive the gateway?
