Xfinity Assistant

The Xfinity Assistant is not helpful in communicating regarding a need for problem resolution. I have tried this twice in the past 24 hours with promises of a resolution and guess what? The problem with it having a working phone, modem or tv still exists! What has happened to talking with a human being . This system is not user friendly for an 86 yo person!!
