xfinity assistant
I'm not the only one, I know. I was told that I could upgrade for free to a higher speed and now I'm having to pay double what I initially signed up for. I feel this was very misleading and I can't afford to be paying 130$ when my account was $70, and it was even less before because I qualified for the gov assistance. And at that time it was 40-50$ a month. This is super shady and I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere if I'm not fairly compensated.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
