Xfinity Assistant

I can't get a live person on the chat and the wait times are too long over the phone. I was offered internet by Quantum for $60 a month. I'm currently paying between $114 and $130 with Xfinity. When I signed up it was $50 bucks a month. I am ready to cancel unless it can be lowered. I am the only one using internet in an apartment... should not be this expensive.
