Xfinity cancellation
My xfinity bill has gone up so much I can no longer afford it. Another provider is offering $50/mo. I need to cancel my service with xfinity asap. Best way to do this? It's not straightforward from what I can see

@user_6d88e1 We would hate to lose you as a customer! We value each and every customer and feel that we provide a consistently superior Internet and entertainment experience. We understand that no one likes price increases. While we try to hold down costs, price changes are needed for a number of reasons, including increasing programming costs and our investments in network upgrades, cutting edge technologies, and enhanced products and services. Our team can assist with making that change to your account. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
