Xfinity contractor damaged my lawn
My neighbor was getting internet / cable service which required a Xfinity contractor to dig up my yard. They left behind a muddy mess. Please tell me that Xfinity plans to send someone out to return to fix this mess by properly sodding / seeding. I have pictures, this is not okay. Additionally, in the process the contractor also damaged my internet line requiring multiple phone calls and a service technician to come out and fix. While I now have internet, it is frequently being dropped and is running incredibly slow at times. Please Xfinity… make both of these issues right.
