Xfinity cut my Bright speed line

On Friday, Xfinity workers were installing a line to my neighbor's house and they cut my Brightspeed line while digging in my yard. My internet had gone out while they were here, but by the time I noticed (it was around 9:30am) they had just left. I went without internet for 5 days because it took the line technicians to diagnose the problem and they confirmed that the line had been cut. I can't reach Xfinity by phone because I don't have an account with them.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I've had the same issue when I was a DIRECTV customer. Any damage done to your services you always go through your actual service provider. Can you explain how Xfinity can help you with your concerns?

I'm upset that Xfinity cut the line. It's not like Bright speed can just show up immediately after it happens and fix it. The people who cut it clearly had Xfinity marked on their vehicle. I had the weekend plus three days where I couldn't use any of the services (like streaming and video game subscriptions) that I pay for.

I understand,  unfortunately you'd have to reach out to your Internet provider as they would be able  to compensate your Internet bill for the time you didn't have services.@user_pfl5kz
