Xfinity damaged my house
Hi,
Xfinity sent a technician to my house, and he decided to replace the cable line running to my house. In the process, the technician cut through my irrigation system. I spent $175 getting the irrigation system repaired (not sure how much water leaked out as a result of this, that also cost me money). I've been trying to talk to customer support for 3+ months trying to get compensated for the damage to my house (including submitting the invoices for the repair twice and having two technicians visit my house to inspect the damage).
The customer support team has sent me in circles, continuing open and closing tickets.
How do I get compensated / get a credit?
