Xfinity damaged my sprinkler system and I can't reach anyone

Xfinity buried a cable at my house, and while doing so, they destroyed my underground sprinkler system and drain pipe as well. I can't reach anyone by phone, so I went to the local Xfinity store. They submitted a claim, and 2 days later, a regular technician showed up to fix my internet.... I asked why he was there, and he said there was a ticket. I showed him the damage ticket, and he said someone would follow up. I just received a text stating the case is closed! I can't believe this! I can't reach anyone. Is my only option to sue?

This enabled me to get in touch with someone, but they still aren't doing anything. They said someone would be reaching out, but nobody has. Xfinity's service is as bad as any I've ever encountered. This is unbelievable.
