Xfinity free internet?

Hi my grandmother recieved a "free internet router". [Edited: "Personal Information"] a under "[Edited: "Personal Information"]".

Cant set up the machine, tried setting up an appointment via the app and it gives me an error... can someone come over and help her please?

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
