Xfinity Gigabit x10

I am medical doctor working at home.  I need fast internet . I need to know I can get Xfinity Gigabit x10. I am a big fan of Xfinity, but I may have to go elsewhere if my area is not qualified for the service. I know about the pricing. I need to how to get it.
