Xfinity has cost me my job

I did private message but i got a message about voilating policy cause i sent them a DM. Not good customer service. I have had issues with service dropping so a while now. Tech came out weeks ago said signals to my house were [Edited: "Language"]. ran a temp line till other crew could come run a better line and bury it, which line worked after but took weeks for them to come bury the line so it laid in the road. Anyways, i work from home, i also have the highest internet speed available here (1300 mbps) and xfi added, i have missed work all this week due to dropping connection constantly. Xfinity cancelled my appt without consent from me for this last tuesday and when i got with them i was informed no tech available till saturday. Not once did they seem to have any empathy that they are causing me alot of missed days. I really like this job and dont want to lose it. The issue still isnt fixed and I am so upset with Xfinity. anyone else have this constant dropping connection?
