I applied for the XFINITY hotspot yesterday and my hotspot is not working today

@XfinityWilliam​ You all are not understanding the issues! I was on with 10 different chat agents and on the phone with a senior service technician for over an hour this morning. You have done something to the site where Xfinity paying accounts can no longer access xfinitywifi. On the mobile app it directs us to Xfinity Now and when we sign in, it blocks us and says use your home service. I'm over 100 miles from home and can't connect to my home service..hence why I was trying to connect to xfinitywifi. Admit that you did something and fix it!!
