xfinity is a joke

just wanna put out there, xfinity some scamming [Edited: "Language"] and i don't recommend a single person to use their services, customer service is [Edited: "Language"] can never get help. don't get what you pay for and there's always some kinda issues with it being down or running slow. i cancelled my services july 2nd and they wanna email me today telling my service canceled for a past due balance and return their router, so i check the billing. and they charged me 250 from july 2nd to sep 1st, how? when i wasn't even using their wifi especially because the router has already been returned? july 2nd is when my new wifi started also to mention how much they charge out of no where
