Xfinity is by far the most customer hostile company I deal with

After paying my Xfinity bill by telephone for 32 years, the automated voice told me today that convenient service is no longer available. It's almost impossible to get a human on an Xfinity number but on the off chance I do, they speak such broken English that I can't understand them. Xfinity is by far the most customer hostile company I deal with. You people must believe you still have a monopoly. I'm going to drop by the local C-Spire store this afternoon to explore their offerings. I've had it with you guys.
