Xfinity is terrible!!!!

I am not able to activate peacock. Fix it!!!! I spent 2 hours with you people and nothing has been resolved!!!!

I am very sorry to hear about the frustrations with activating your new Peacock Premium service. At this time our engineer teams are aware of a known issue that is not allowing some customers the ability to redeem the subscription, and there is currently no ETA to have it resolved. We do recommend continuing to attempt to redeem the service following the steps. The reward will only begin for the 24-month period once the service is fully redeemed, so you will not lose out on the time while our engineer teams work to resolve the issue.
