Xfinity keeping my family's phones locked for 6 days now. Taking them to small claims.

I switched from their mobile phone service and paid off my family's phones. I have been on the only phone that was already unlocked with them every day for SIX days, totalling more than 10 hours. Every person at Xfinity mobile tells me the same thing, which is that there is a ticket and that I'll get an unlock code within 48 hours. I've now been asking to return the phones and get my money back so that I can buy working phones for my family. Today I was put on hold for "a manager" for over two hours, and the line finally disconnected.

I talked to a relative who is a lawyer, and he has helped me document everything in order to bring this to small claims for my time, the three phones I will buy tomorrow, and the losses for my family, who haven't had working phones for a whole week.  It's costly and dangerous for people who travel for work.
