Xfinity lies.

LIED to by no less than FOUR agents.  Payment arrangement not help up on their end. Took money when they ASSURED they would not. The 'supervisors' have ZERO actual power.  I have worked in customer service years and Xfinity is a DISGRACE. They make EVERY reps job harder.  [Edited: "Solicitation"].

To be sure I understand, you had a payment arrangement setup and the payment came out sooner than the arrangement date, is that correct?

I needed a payment arrangement date changed.    I was told by 3 separate agents that it HAD been changed and it wasn't.   Then lied to multiple times about a refund.   Fake ECM numbers.   The list goes on.   I actually JUST got off the phone with Shereka, from Executive Customer Relations that CONFIRMED EVERYTHING!!! We went through our chats and she saw with her own eyes the lies being spewed.   I am putting my trust in Xfinity one last time that she will stick to what she says and the reps will be dealt with.   

Warning to those out there,

GET TEXT CONFIRMATION!

Xfinity reps WILL LIE.  Don't trust ECM numbers unless there has been Email OR Text confirmation!!!!! 

I was gaslighting myself into thinking I was being a 'Karen'.   But I wasn't.

  I was being played. And I have every right to be upset.

That's wonderful news @user_icygx6 that Shereka listened and is assisting with this issue. We don't want too many hands in the same pot, so it would be best to refrain from working with your account until after she's done. In the meantime if
