Xfinity mobile scam

I was scammed out of $700 plus dollars for a phone I didn't know I was charged for. The rep I spoke with told me she could see that there’s no history of the phones data ever being used. It’s been over a month since they last told me Xfinity will investigate and give me a call about a refund and I haven’t heard anything. Please help?

I know that I do not like getting charged for something that I am not aware I am getting charged for, so I can understand the frustration that your issue is still unresolved. On the plus side you have reached a team or experts that can take a look at this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
