Xfinity mobile Ticket [Edited]

To Whom It May Concern,

I am escalating this matter because Xfinity Mobile has completely failed me as a customer.

Over 10 days ago, while traveling internationally, I attempted a simple eSIM activation on my existing device. Instead of activating the eSIM, Xfinity deactivated my primary mobile line — a number I have used for more than four years — and left me stranded without service in another country.

Since then, I have contacted Xfinity support at least four separate times. Every interaction has been a cycle of transfers, repeated explanations, empty assurances, and no actual resolution. It is shocking that Xfinity still cannot fix what should have been a basic technical request. The lack of ownership, urgency, and technical competence shown throughout this experience has been unbelievable.

Because of Xfinity’s failure, I have missed critical work calls, text messages, authentication codes, banking verifications, and urgent personal communications while traveling internationally. This has caused real disruption to my professional responsibilities and personal life. I relied on Xfinity for essential communication, and instead, your company disconnected my line and left me without support or accountability.

What is most infuriating is that this situation was entirely created by Xfinity. I did not lose my phone. I did not change my number. I did not violate any policy. I simply attempted to activate an eSIM through your system, and Xfinity’s inability to execute a standard process resulted in my line being shut down for more than 10 days.

Frankly, this level of incompetence is unacceptable from a telecommunications provider.

At this point, I demand the following immediately:

Full restoration of my mobile line and service without any further delays.

A clear explanation of how Xfinity allowed an active customer line to be deactivated during a routine eSIM activation.

Full billing credits for every day my line has been unusable.

Serious review of compensation for the business impact, missed communications, and damages caused by Xfinity’s negligence and repeated failure to resolve the issue despite multiple support contacts.

Immediate escalation to a senior technical and executive resolution team with authority to take ownership of this case.

I refuse to continue paying for a service that Xfinity itself made unusable. No customer should have to spend over 10 days chasing support teams to restore a line that never should have been disconnected in the first place.

My patience has run out. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal complaints to the FCC, consumer protection agencies, executive leadership offices, and public escalation channels documenting this experience and Xfinity’s failure to resolve it.

I expect urgent action, accountability, and resolution now — not another scripted response or support ticket with no outcome.
